Stay
How many people can stay overnight?
Up to 6 guests comfortably across 2 bedrooms and the living hall. Please declare your total guest count when inquiring.
Is the house air-conditioned?
The living hall has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Bedrooms are fitted with standing fans.
Event
Can we hold a small kenduri or family gathering here?
Yes. The covered porch and open hall suit small family functions up to about 25 pax. Please declare event use and pax before confirmation so the owner can advise on rate and rules.
Booking
How do I check availability?
Choose your date, pax, and purpose, then send a WhatsApp inquiry. The owner will confirm availability and rate directly by WhatsApp.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposit amount and payment method will be confirmed by the owner after availability is confirmed.
Parking
How many cars can park here?
Open gravel yard parking for 3–4 cars right in front of the house.

To keep the space comfortable for all guests and neighbours, please follow the house and event rules. If you are planning an event, please declare it before confirmation.
- — Maximum pax applies. Please declare your full group size before booking.
- — Event use (kenduri, family gathering) must be declared before confirmation.
- — Deposit required to confirm the date.
- — Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 PM.
- — Cancellation and refund policy applies depending on timing.
- — No open fire or fireworks without prior approval.
- — Respect neighbours — this is a residential kampung area. Keep noise reasonable after 11 PM.
- — Footwear off inside the house. No smoking indoors.
